NOVX.TOP DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY TOOL, RESULT, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED. YOU USE THE TOOLS AND THE SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless novx.top, its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of novx.top.

10. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
